I made a lottery game, to play with online. Check it out here:
Let me know if you find any bugs or weird behavior. Happy fake winning!
EDIT: I’ve added more features. I about scared myself shitless with this result as well - winner: 03 11 26 36 40 [16], my ticket: 03 18 24 36 41 [15]. So close!

Lol, awesomeness. The free lottery. Would be cool if you could add a counter to tell how probable it is that the statistics of every play match the statistics of randomness - that way, you can even check for success. Shouldn’t be too hard to do in PHP.
Anyways - NOICE programming there

that’s cool! I found out, that when I click at random I’m always totally wrong. But with concentrating, I had 1, 2 and 3 right numbers. But still could be randomness.
Concentrating: Staring in to the black and searching for numbers coming in my mind.

The QP stays selected even after you click purchase… then again that may be what you want it to do.
November 19th, 2007 at 5:10 pm
What do the abbreviations mean?
November 19th, 2007 at 5:49 pm
TJ - yes, that is what I wanted. So you could purchase multiple QP tickets without clicking on QP over and over.
cinderwild - QP stands for “Quick Pick”. The first QP box will pick random numbers from the top. The second QP box will pick random numbers from the bottom. The “CLR” stands for “Clear”, which will clear our your current markings.
It was designed after the Maryland lottery MegaMillions slips (which I just happen to have a bunch of :-P). In the official version, “CLR” is actually “VOID”. And there are some arrows. That’s about the only difference.

Sean this program was AWESOME! I agree with kiepmad I got more wrong when I picked at random without concentrating. Is that just coincidence? And was this the lotto machine you previewed in that video?
November 20th, 2007 at 1:38 am
played 6 times, and each time i only got one number right. i’m a little annoyed >.>
November 22nd, 2007 at 8:07 am
“…And was this the lotto machine you previewed in that video?”
Hahahaha, everytime someone clicks the button, this thing goes off in Sean´s room!
November 22nd, 2007 at 9:28 pm
Am I missing something Dis? Because I don’t know what you mean by “everytime someone clicks the button, this thing goes off in Sean’s room.” Do you mean he’s using us like lab rats watching our progress and recording the results? Hahahaha, just kidding but hey anything’s possible : )

“Hahahaha, everytime someone clicks the button, this thing goes off in Sean´s room!”
It’s like that one thing with the guy who lets people drive his car using a Flash program…except instead of a car, we’re controlling a lottery machine.
Man, that’d get annoying after a while, I would imagine.

I won $7.
November 22nd, 2007 at 11:31 pm
I wasnt logged in when I did it though btw.
November 23rd, 2007 at 3:57 pm
You are trying to say that my 20 millions didn’t register because I wasn’t logged in? =./
November 24th, 2007 at 12:14 am
hah.. nice game… can anyone tell me what the buttons in the middle do? =p
November 24th, 2007 at 8:22 am
buttons in middle pick random numbers if you dont feel like clicking so much
Looks like you weren’t playing your own game for 5 days now Sean
apathetic inactivity?
November 24th, 2007 at 11:18 am
Vince - no, I was playing the real lottery
November 25th, 2007 at 12:10 pm
Isn’t that the story of our lives. Always so close.
November 25th, 2007 at 9:28 pm
